CAL'S CAROB CHIP COOKIE

These peanut butter cookies will be the talk of the dog park.
They are made with white flour and non-fat dry milk and filled with ooey, gooey carob chips (safe 'chocolate' for dogs)  cookies your dog will beg for.  One Dozen.
